I'm an IT & Business Professional based in the Netherlands, working at the intersection of people, technology, and practical problem-solving.
I'm passionate about improving processes, helping teams work better together, and turning complex challenges into clear, workable solutions. Curious by nature and always learning, I love exploring new ideas, sharing what I find, and using technology to make a meaningful difference.
Some of you might know me better as Xmoo — a nickname I've had since I was nine. The X is for “Extreme,” Mo is short for Mohammad, and the extra “o”… well, I was bigger than the other Mo's. Put it together and you get Xmoo.

Education
I've built my educational foundation step by step. I started with an MBO in Computer & Server Management, where I developed strong technical and practical IT skills. I continued my journey with an HBO/Bachelor in IT & Business, deepening my understanding of how technology and organizations work together. To complete that path, I earned a Master's degree in Information Management, focusing on strategy, innovation, and how information and technology can support smarter decision-making and real impact.

VMware to XCP-ng, live
Organized and executed the migration of a production virtualization platform from VMware to XCP-ng — two datacenters, 23 hosts, zero downtime for the customers running on it.
- AI & automation
From prompt to production
Built an AI platform that turns a simple prompt into a full application and pushes it, fully automated, to a live environment — load balancing, multiple domains and databases included.
- Retail
Retailer with eight European sites
Moved the network, cameras and access control of eight locations across Europe fully to Ubiquiti UniFi — organizing, planning and leading the project, and executing the rollout hands-on at several sites.

Multiple dental practices
Helped multiple dental practices with their complete IT and telephony — from the on-site networks to the electronic patient record software and X-ray equipment.
